In an effort to continue providing customer service to our agents and owner operator family, Medallion has revamped the After-Hours Support. Â The goal is to aid our agents and owner operators with certain requests that occur after the normal business hours.
Tasks:
- Issue after hour Comdata requests From Management or Agents for lumpers and/or tolls
- Process and Update Broker Carrier packages
- Update Qualification Files
- Process Repair Requests by owner operator through Medallion’s Maintenance Provider (ARI)
- Take after hours accident and/or incident calls.
